FAQ: Why do I receive an error when attempting to save a section within a review?

When attempting to save a section within a review or changing the status from incomplete to complete, an error message may be displayed.

This issue occurs when the review type is deleted from the programme configuration. I would like to let you know that if a review is attached with active learners enrolled on the programme, it is not recommended to delete a review type at the programme level. If you no longer need that particular version of the review you can create a new review type with a version number. (For example: Tripartite Review v1.1, Tripartite Review c1.2 etc). This method allows you to keep track of changes without causing errors inside Learner reviews and their sections.
