Once the learner signs the ILR declaration, the information becomes locked and cannot be modified by the learner. However, administrators can make changes by accessing the user tab of the ILR in classic view, and selecting (and correcting) the option that requires changing.
FAQ: One of our learners accidentally selected the wrong option during onboarding and is unable to change their answer as it appears greyed out. How can we resolve this?
