FAQ: How do I create Competencies and add them to a Programme?

Competencies can be created and added via the Competency token in the Programme Builder.
You can create competencies by selecting the 'Manage competencies' option.

On the following page you will see a list of all of your current available competencies. Some may have been requested by your organisation during Implementation. To create a new competency set, select the 'Create' button.

On the 'Add competency' page You can either add in competencies from a current standard/framework, which you have set up in a programme. Or you can create your own custom competencies, using the 'Add characteristic' option.

Once you have added in all of your required competencies, you can give them a name and save the new set. These will be added to your list.

To add a competency to pull through to your Skills Radar, please type the name of the competency you require into the text box of the Competency token, and select the "add competency" option. This option will be greyed out until a competency is selected. You can then confirm and save the updated changes.
