It is possible for a learner to edit a referred evidence submission. They cannot change the evidence files but can edit and resubmit the following fields - Criteria, Completion Date, OTJH, OTJH Type and Evidence Type. If they do it in this way and the evidence is then accepted, there will no longer be any display of the referred evidence in the component apart from Assessment Reports and Feedback History.

Changing the evidence file requires a new submission rather than editing the referred submission. You can then see both the original referred evidence and the later accepted evidence in the component.

A learner will only be able to edit a referred evidence submission if they were the one to originally upload it. They cannot amend an evidence submission uploaded by anyone except for themselves. If they were the one to upload it, their name will appear in the Owner column.
