FAQ: I've uploaded a signed version of the compliance document, but there's also a system-generated document and this is causing problems with viewing the Learning Plan. How can I fix this?

If a user uploads a compliance document without selecting the option to refrain from generating compliance documents upon completing the onboarding process, a system-generated document will be produced following the upload timestamp. This may result in difficulties when accessing the learning plan.

To address this matter, we recommend deleting the initially uploaded document and re-uploading it after the system-generated document has been created. This action will ensure seamless access to the learning plan.
