Aptem Checkpoint for Learners
Overview
Aptem Checkpoint is a multiple-choice questionnaire generator that leverages the power of Large Language Models (Artificial Intelligence) to create contextually relevant assessments based on KSBs (Knowledge, Skills, Behaviours) from the specific Apprenticeship Standards.
Aptem Checkpoint is a learning tool that can be applied throughout the Learner journey, checking Learner understanding against the KSBs they have completed.
- Aptem Checkpoint offers a library of questions and answers mapped to the IfATE apprenticeship standards KSBs.
- Answering these questions successfully provides an impartial insight into Learner progress against KSBs. Incorrect responses guide Learners on how to improve.
- Lack of engagement with these Checkpoints, or poor scores, could indicate that intervention is required. An early intervention can reduce the risk of withdrawal, Learners becoming/running out of funding or going past their planned end date.
- It is available across all Apprenticeship standards upon request.
Get started with Checkpoints
Once Checkpoint Managers grant Learners the “Allow access to Checkpoint” role via the Learners User profile, Learners can get started with their Checkpoints.
Note
- When deciding on delivering new curriculum, please contact your Customer Success Manager or support team to verify if Checkpoint is available.
