FAQ: Why are the Learning Plan filters persisting even after logging out of Aptem?

Filters set in the learning plan are retained as long as users remain logged in. However, logging out should remove these filters and these shoudl not be present when the user next logs in.

It can occur for a user that the learning plan filters remain even after logging out and logging back into Aptem. If filters Persist After Log-in/Log-out, this indicates a browser caching issue. To resolve this behaviour, clear your browser cache.

By clearing the browser cache, any lingering filter issues should be resolved.
