It is not possible to customise or edit the declaration presented on the Onboarding Wizard for the Individualised Learner Record (ILR).

This declaration is standardised and provided by the governing authorities. The privacy declaration displayed on the Onboarding Wizard is sourced directly from the UK government's official guidance for submitting learner data. Specifically, it is updated from the GOV website.
