FAQ: When creating a Change of Employer tracker, why are we seeing the error message "Last ACT ‘Date To’ value is going to be populated with value greater than ‘Date From’"?

You will see this error message if the Apprenticeship Contract Type (ACT) record on the latest ILR aim for the learner has a ‘Date from’ which is prior to the date you have entered in the ‘Date changes apply’ field for the Change of Employer tracker.

To resolve this, please check the ‘ACT Date From’ for latest aim in the learner’s ILR to make sure that the date entered is prior to the date entered in the ‘Date changes apply’ from field.
