This happens when the 'Programme Status Selector' section is configured within the review, and the status is set accordingly (as depicted below).
Consequently, upon completing this review that is after the review document has been signed by all parties and the review and component have a completed status, the programme status is modified to match the one set within the review, which is expected.
Changes to the programme status triggered by the 'Programme Status Selector' section in the review are recorded in the Audit History.
