FAQ: Why is a learner unable to access their learning plan?

If the learner is directed to their Onboarding when they log in or see a screen like the one below advising 'All good. You're up to date'.

In such a case, please check the following:
1 – Onboarding has been completed and all compliance documents have been signed by the learner.
2 – It is on or after the start date of the programme.
