FAQ: We have a learner who has successfully completed a Level 3 course and has progressed to Level 4. We have obtained their Level 3 certificate; but the course no longer appears in the certification/registration tab. Is there a method to include this?

If the registration was initially created in the previous programme, updating it to "certificate received" is possible.

However, if it hasn't been created in the previous programme, the options are to either create a qualification using the current programme template or manually input the information. If entered manually with the correct LARS value, this approach will be effective.
