The system behaviour in this regard is as follows.

• The learning plan component shows the first version of the review document as evidence.
  
• The Documents section of the learner's profile in Console shows the most recent version of the document.
  
• In the Review Documents section of the learner's profile in Classic, you can view all versions of the document.
