If a user faces issues when signing a review and get an error like the one below, then check the "positions" field within their user profile.
Having multiple tags in this field as shown in the below screenshot will prevent users from applying their signatures.
To resolve this, edit the user profile and review the positions field to ensure only a single job role is added.
