It could be that the programme the learner is enrolled on has been removed from the group they are a member of.
To check if this is the case, navigate to the Groups tile in Classic, edit the group the learner is a member of and see if the programme is listed in the ‘Programmes’ field:
If it is not listed here, please add the programme by clicking into the ‘Select programmes…’ dropdown list. If you are unable to find the programme listed in this dropdown list, then you will need to check whether the programme has been added to all parent groups first.
Once this has been done, the learner should now be able to see the document requiring their signature.
