To resolve this issue, start by logging into the platform and navigating to the specific program where the problem is occurring. Once within the program, it's essential to review the settings to ensure that compliance documents are enabled.
In the program interface, locate the 'Compliance Documents' Tile. If this Tile is not enabled (Greyed out), it will be necessary to activate it:To enable this feature you will need to select the compliance Document tile, then select the Tab at the top right of the appearing field to enable this feature:
Once this has been ticked, click “Confirm” and then “Save” on the programme to save the changes you have just made. Ensuring that the 'Compliance Documents' Tile is enabled in the current program should address the issue of being unable to sign compliance documents.
