FAQ: How can I update the Mentor and Manager for a learner?

There are two ways in which you can update the Mentor and Manager for a Learner.

The first allows any admin with the 'Edit Learner Details' permission can update the Mentor or Manager for a learner by following these steps:

  1. Navigate to the Employer section under Learner Details tab and click in the pencil icon.

  2. Choose the "The Manager and/or Mentor has changed" option.

  3. Select the intended Manager and/or Mentor from the available options.

  4. Click Save to update the Manager and/or Mentor for the learner.

 

The second can be completed through the bulk uploader where the following columns in the CSV file need to be added to complete this task.

  • First name
  • Last name
  • Email
  • Employer Name
  • Employer contact email - if updating Manager
  • Employer mentor email - if case updating Mentor
