When it comes to signing Reviews, there isn't a specific sequence that needs to be followed. They can be signed by any party, whether it's the learner, employer, or Admin, without any prescribed order.
The Admin completes the Review, followed by the Employer and the Learner completing their respective sections. After these steps, the Admin clicks the Finish button, triggering the generation of the PDF document. The Admin can apply their signature at that point or at a later time. Once the PDF is generated, the document becomes available for both the learner and employer to sign.
