Are there any plans to pull the OTJ hours planned on a component through to the front in the instruction panel to give them an indication?
Hi, there is no plan to do this at the moment. If the learner wanted to see this information, it would be available in their Training plan document.
Can we pull down a report which shows last date of evidenced learning for each learner?
Hi Joanne, there is a date field for this in both UGR and OData, it is "last Submission date".
I've been trying to find out for some time how we collate a report on OTJ. ESFA requires us to evidence OTJ on a calendar month basis. How do I report on this in Aptem, i.e., for each monthly component, how many hours have actually been completed for each learner?
Hi, you should be able to do this using OData, filtering out submissions by date and creating a sum of the OTJ attached to the evidence submitted. You could also consider the OTJ log that exists within Aptem, but this is per learner and cannot be collated into a single report. Your CSM or IC if you are in implementation, could support you with this.
Is this the last date of attendance or the last date they uploaded evidence?
This is the last date that the learner uploaded evidence.
