FAQ: I am creating custom questions in Reviews. When using sub-questions which are part of a separate parent Boolean Case Block question, I get a “Title must be unique” message. Why is this?
You may see the “Title must be unique” message (like in the screenshot below) when using sub-questions which are part of a separate parent Boolean Case Block question.
Due to the way the data for a Review section is stored, each question needs to be unique regardless of whether it is part of a Boolean Case Block question or not.
If you need to use the same text for multiple questions, you can prefix the questions in a format such as the following.
