This situation may arise if these pieces of evidence are not associated with any component (as depicted below, here the ‘Component Name’ is blank).
The evidence was likely to have been uploaded to components that have since been deleted. It is important to note that when a component is deleted, it is removed from the learning plan; however, evidence attached to these deleted components still remains linked to the learner and can be accessed from the Evidence Summary Page, where the ‘Component Name’ field will be blank.
If you would like to remove these pieces of evidence, you can do so from the Standard's Summary page by clicking the three dots next to the evidence and selecting the 'Delete' option.
