How do you delete a sub-programme if it has been added by mistake?

If you select a sub programme by mistake, this can be deleted using edit programme details. This will remove learning plan components that have not been started but will leave anything where evidence is attached.

What's the difference between enrolling a learner onto a sub-programme and applying it to the learner's record? Or is it the same? We've applied a Sub-programme to a number of learners manually onto the individual's record, is there an alternative way of doing this now?

This is the same thing. You need to apply a sub-programme to a learner either when enrolling them on their main programme for the first time, or by editing the programme details after the initial enrolment if you want to change the sub-programme used.

What date will the sub programmes be released?

Sub-programmes are now fully released and can be built and applied to learners. This is one of the references to released that is historic in this recording.

The demonstration was from a previous webinar which was delivered when sub-programmmes were first introduced. Since the functionality has not changed, we are using this recording today but did mention in the introduction that some of the references to releases were historic. The Sub-programme functionality is now fully released, and has been available for some time, to allow you to create individual learning plans to support different learner needs.

I thought this would be a reminder of our training last week, my error. Later can you let me know how to upload on the resource centre just for childcare and not all sectors we have.

The resource centre is available for all apprentices, regardless of what programme they are on. If you want to add something to the Early Years programme, you can add this as a "digital learning" learning plan component in the learning plan. In the SCORM assets > Create > asset type: Form, can we pre-define the correct answers in the form so the system will score automatically from the user's answers? or it can be only scored manually?

It is not currently possible to pre-define answers and score automatically within the SCORM form built within Aptem, but it is possible to do this in an uploaded SCORM asset that has been created using a SCORM authoring software package.
