- Understanding the QR calculation.
Q and A transcript
The following is a transcript of the questions asked during the webinar, along with the answers provided by product experts. For any further information, do contact your Implementation Consultant, Customer Success Manager or Aptem Support.
You've said that apprentices are counted only once, even if they have progressed within the year; my understanding is that apprenticeships should be counted separately for reporting achievement, etc. So these data will not match ProAchieve, for instance.
That is correct.
Can you please share the thresholds for QAR Min, Expected and Max/ Percentages?
QAR/Pass 50-60 amber, <50 red; Retention 52-62 amber, <52 red.
Are there any plans to move the QAR/Accountability pages to make them easier to access?
These are not items we have planned on the current roadmap. However, these are great ideas and feedback is being raised to review these requests as enhancements.
With the learner export tables. Are there any plans to add the current year "in learning" to the export so it's easier to reconcile to our learners when we compare the current year QAR?
These are not items we have planned on the current roadmap. However, these are great ideas and feedback is being raised to review these requests as enhancements.
On the summary table is it possible to add a column for withdrawn learners? also, could we change the word "count" to something more suitable?
These are not items we have planned on the current roadmap. However, these are great ideas and feedback is being raised to review these requests as enhancements.
You mentioned on the employment page that the "Employers by Sector Type" was based on tags that we apply to them. If they have multiple tags, do they appear in each tag we've given them?
No. Tags that they were given would appear as one sector type. For example: if an employer had 3 tags: Care Homes, Nursing Homes & Hospital, you would see a sector type of that combination.
Note
We received a few questions asking for confirmation on the QAR calculation used within the dashboard, this information is available on the help centre here: QAR and Accountability calculations in Aptem.
