FAQ: Why is Qualification delivery location postcode field in ILR not populated with the Aim’s postcode mentioned in Delivery Postcode field of ILR template?
The Qualification delivery location postcode field is not dependent on aim's postcodes and will always be populated from learner's organisation details.
If 'Employer address' is provided on Edit User form, then this address is taken. If the 'Employer address' has not been provided, then the organisation's primary address is taken. If no organisation is linked to the learner, the field will stay empty in ILR episode until an employer is linked to the learner.
