Please check if you have correctly configured the mapping in the Learning Plan template at the programme level to the relevant Learning Plan activities.
Updating the mapping both at programme level and individually should resolve this.
After all relevant components have been mapped correctly, all submitted evidence will need to be re-assessed against the newly mapped criteria, which will trigger the progress percentage to be calculated correctly.
