FAQ: Under what circumstances can a programme be Deleted/Archived?

If there are users currently on a programme, then the system does not give the option to delete/archive the programme.

If there were users previously enrolled on the programme, then the system only allows you to ‘Archive’ the programme.

If there were no users enrolled on the programme at any point, then the system gives the option to delete the programme.
