FAQ: Why is the Extended ILR not available to edit in the ILR section for a Learner?

Please ensure that the Extended ILR step has been enabled in the Onboarding Wizard for the delivery programme which the Learner is currently enrolled on:

Once this step has been enabled, you should then see this as an available tab in the Learner’s ILR:
