This situation occurs due to the way Aptem calculates the Planned end date for non-programme aims, specifically Aim Type 3. For these aims, Aptem will calculate the Learning Planned End Date based on the Trackers that have been raised.
The Learning Planned End date is based on the period of remaining learning (as per original aim - the range between Learning Planned End Date and Learning Actual End Date) added to ‘Date of return to learning’ provided from RTL tracker. This calculation will always occur for non-programme aim types, and you can manually edit this date if incorrect. This can be done by manually amending the Learning Planned End Date in the selected non-programme aim of Learner’s ILR episode.
